Apply a generous amount to towel dried hair and comb through. Leave on for a minimum of 10 minutes. The longer its on the more effective it will be.

This is NOT a conditioning treatment or a leave-in treatment. It MUST be shampooed out of the hair. Once a week use is recommended for healthy hair. Hair that is compromised  two to three times use per week is recommended for a duration of  20+  minutes.
